Welcome to the North Coast. It’s where I create and collect reflections that come along with being older than dirt and “retiring” to my adopted hometown along the shores of the Great Lake Ontario in Fair Haven, New York.

My latest project is a series of essays for a newsletter: FIRST TUESDAY: How to Win Political Campaigns That Can’t Be Won inspired by the losses we endured in New York in the 2022 elections and which I promised to collect after a long career of political campaigning.

I’m also a contributing writer to Politically Speaking, a publication on MEDIUM where you can find a lot of my writing and where I’ve been featured as Top Political Writer and Top Satirist at different times.

I also contribute to other publications on MEDIUM including The Memoirist, Pure Fiction, and The CookBook for All. I’ve collected many of these stories here as well.
